Welcome to Retina, a screen recording and editing app operated by BlendPixel LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using Retina (the "App"), you agree to these terms of service.

1. Using Retina

You must be at least 16 years old to use Retina. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features of Retina. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity under your account.

3. Beta disclaimer

Retina is currently in beta.

Features may change or break without notice.
We may update or remove older projects or versions.
The App may contain bugs or experience downtime.
By using the beta, you understand and accept these risks.

4. Payments

Retina may offer paid plans — either subscriptions or one-time purchases. All prices and payment terms are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Refunds are only given where required by law.

5. User content

When you create recordings or projects in Retina, you keep ownership of your work. Your recordings and projects are processed locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your screen recordings unless you explicitly choose to use cloud features.

6. Intellectual property

All Retina software, design, and branding belong to BlendPixel LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

7. No warranty

Retina is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific use. Use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BlendPixel LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Retina.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as we improve the App. The new version will apply once posted in the App or on our website.
